Brief of the Programme of preparation to 300 year anniversary of Tsarskoe Selo

The main drive of the area progress is the Programme of preparation to its 300 year anniversary, which main objective is to reach the European living standards by the year 2010 in different areas, including waste management and municipal improvement. The programme allocates substantial financial resources from the St. Petersburg city’s budget which are to be invested in the sustainable development of Pushkin.
